I am always excited to announce a new course for Pharos Tutors but doubly so this time as it is a course that I will be presenting myself! I am delighted to be able to launch our Advanced DNA Strategies with Autosomal DNA online course in genetic genealogy at last today. This course follows on from the intermediate level Demystifying DNA for Family Historians course and is aimed at those who have been working with DNA matches for sometime and want to get more organised, with matches across many websites, and get better use from all the tools available.
To get the most from this course you will need to have tested already, have started working with matches and have uploaded or tested at one of the websites that gives you DNA segment data. The course will focus on methodology, getting organised and tools and techniques to help to with problem solving and moving your research to the next level.
